Viewaro 1.0 is a native IPTV player for Mac computers running macOS 15 or later. It imports M3U/M3U8 playlists that you provide and plays compatible streams. Viewaro has no user account or cloud sync, and it does not include channels, playlists, or media subscriptions.

Never send playlist URLs, usernames, passwords, tokens, screenshots containing credentials, or other provider secrets.
Common questions
Where do I get a playlist?
Viewaro does not sell or recommend IPTV services. Ask a provider you are legally authorized to use for a compatible M3U playlist address.
Can I use an HTTP playlist or stream?
Yes, when the address belongs to the provider you chose. Viewaro warns when an entered provider address uses HTTP and tries the same host over HTTPS first. If the provider is HTTP-only, the app can fall back to the original address. Playlist and stream URLs often contain credentials, so an HTTP connection can expose them to the network. Use HTTPS whenever your provider offers it.
How do I verify that playback works?
Open Live TV and use Apple HLS Demo. It plays a public Apple sample without requiring provider credentials.
What does the free version include?
The free version supports one IPTV source, one viewing profile and full playback. Viewaro Premium costs €4.99 per month and unlocks multiple IPTV sources and viewing profiles. The App Store shows the localized price before purchase.
How do I restore or cancel Premium?
Open Viewaro Settings > Subscription and choose Restore Purchases. Use Manage Subscription there, when available, or your Apple Account subscription settings to manage or cancel. Deleting Viewaro does not cancel the subscription.
How do parental controls and the PIN work?
Open Viewaro Settings > Parental Controls to set, change or disable a four-digit PIN. The PIN protects profile management and switching from a child profile to an unrestricted profile. If you forget it, Viewaro cannot reset it in the app. To start over, quit and delete Viewaro, then in Finder choose Go > Go to Folder and move ~/Library/Containers/hr.itquotes.viewaro to the Trash before reinstalling. This permanently removes local playlists, credentials, favorites, profiles and settings; it does not cancel Premium.
Does Viewaro upload my playlist?
Viewaro stores playlist information locally on your Mac and connects directly to the provider address you supplied. See the Privacy Policy for details.
